GASTON BERTIN

Why pictures called "images of nothing"?
Because I am a photographer searching for things that do not exist.
Light and colors are my materials.
I create with my hands, I look with my eyes.
I do my own printing, intuitively, spontaneously.
I would like to avoid any symbolism to transmit only feelings.
By showing nothing I intend to say nothing, I know it is impossible.
